At Imag-inations, we will work with you every step of the way, in creating your Birth Announcements, Thank You Cards, or another Card Design, that you will love and be excited to share with your family and friends.

Within 24-48 hours after we receive your emailed images, a Digital Proof of your Card Design will be emailed to you for approval. Request as many changes as you like - we'll continue to send you revised Proofs until you are 100% happy with the Design. Unlike most other online Birth Announcement companies, we have NO LIMIT to the number of Proofs you may receive. We will continue to make changes to your card, until you tell us to go to print.

All Birth Announcements and other Cards are customizable - request changes to colors, fonts, text, image style, etc. You can truly make your card unique to YOU and your tastes. Simply request your preferences when ordering, or during the Proofing process.

All revisions must be requested prior to printing. Once you give the approval to go to print, changes may no longer be made on that order.

We are not responsible for customer errors in information (customer supplying the wrong date or mispelling a name, etc.) If you find that you supplied the wrong information, and didn't catch it during the Proofing process, please contact us right away. We'd be glad to fix the error and reprint your order at a special rate.

Cancellation Policy - you may cancel your order at any time before or during the Proofing process, at no charge. Unlike most other Birth Announcement companies, we do not charge you to see a Proof of your design. If you decide you do not want to go to print, after seeing your Proofs, you may cancel your order and your Payment will not be processed. However, there can be no cancellations for any reason, after you approve your proof, and we go to print.

Much of the quality of your Birth Announcements or other Card Design, will depend on the quality of the images you supply. Please visit our Photo Info and Tips Page to learn how to provide the best quality images. We are very experienced at retouching and improving image problems, but there are limits to what can be done. If your image has quality issues, you will be notified of this, and we will not be able to be responsible for the quality of the image printing, if you agree to use that image.

By sending your image(s) to us, you are stating that you legally own the Copyright to the image(s). If you are using an image taken by a Professional Photographer or Studio, you must supply us with a Copyright Release to print the image.

Please note - the color settings and brightness of your monitor may not match the calibrations of our Printer, or our monitors. We cannot be responsible for differences in color or brightness that may appear between the Proof viewed on your monitor, and the printed cards. Callibrations vary from Printer to Printer as well, so the color and brightness of your image may not be the same as previous prints you've received of the image, from other Printers.

If you are ordering both Birth Announcements and Thank You Cards (or any other 2 styles of cards), and want them to match, we recommend you choose the same Cardstock for all sets of cards. The exact same colors will print differently, on different cardstocks, and on Photo Paper. (If you choose Photo Paper Birth Announcements, and  the coordinating Thank You Cards, the colors of the Announcements and Thank You Cards will not match exactly, due to the nature of printing, and the differences in the paper medium.)

Return Policy - We want you to be thrilled with your Birth Announcements, Thank You Cards, or other Card Design, and will work together to achieve that goal. If you feel an error was made on our part, or are not happy with the quality of your product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can review the situation. If an error was made on our part, we will rectify the situation by reprinting your order, or issuing a refund. In order to receive a refund or reprint, you must first return the order in it's original form and packaging, at your cost. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/refunds that do not meet the terms outlined on this page.
