1) Personal Use - you may use our Digital Papers for your own personal use, to create cards, scrapbook pages or other personal items for yourself or family members.

2) Limited Commercial Use - Professional Photographers may use our Digital Papers to create their own Photo Cards or other Photo Products (albums, collages, etc.) for their Clients. Photographers may also use our Digital Papers to create marketing and branding materials such as Brochures, Ads, Business Cards, etc - for either their website/blog, or print. Small Businesses such as Boutiques and WAHMs may use our Digital papers for marketing and branding purposes as well.

You may NOT use Digital Papers obtained from Imag•inations (purchased and freebies) in the following manner:

- You may NOT use our Digital Papers to create photo cards or any other  products to sell to the general public, either in an online or brick & mortar store. Digital Papers may only be used to create cards and products for your photography clients, or yourself.

- You may NOT sell or share our Digital Papers 

- You may NOT claim the designs as your own
