What are your Terms of Use? TOP
Please see our Terms of Use page before ordering. By purchasing any of our products, you are agreeing to abide by our Terms of Use.
How will I receive the Templates I purchase? TOP
What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept 2 forms of payment: Paypal and Credit Card.
Are there any restrictions on the downloads? TOP
Yes, your download email will contain a password that you will need to download the file. The download password will expire 24 hours after it is issued, so be sure to download your purchase within that time frame. Download links are also IP-sensitive, meaning you must download your purchase from the same computer on which you made your purchase. This is to prevent the sharing of downloads, which is in violation of our Terms of Use.
Do you accept returns or exchanges? TOP
As is the norm with digital products, once you purchase one of our templates or template packages, we cannot offer any refunds, returns or exchanges. While our templates are designed to be compatible with all versions of Photoshop from 7.0 on, we still recommend that you download our free Test Template (click here) to make sure our files are compatible with your version of Photoshop and that you are able to manipulate the files to your liking.
How do I insert a photo into the templates? TOP
First, remove our Placeholder Photo that came with your template (you may not use our Placeholder Photos under any circumstances - if you wish to show our templates on your website or blog, etc., you must replace the images with your own images first). Our Placeholder Photos will be turned 'off' in the layer palette when you receive your templates, so they will be visible in the layers pallette but not visible on the template - we do this to decrease the time it takes for you to download the templates. Even though the Placeholder image is turned 'off', you still need to delete it before dragging your own image into the file. You'll want your image layer to be exactly where ours was in the layer order (directly above the Photo Shape layer).

What if I'm looking for Templates that aren't offered on your website? TOP
If you are looking for a certain theme of Photo Card Templates and don't see it offered on our site, we'd love to hear from you! We value your input and having Photographers tell us what types of cards they need helps us to expand our product line in a mutually beneficial manner. Just contact us through our contact form on the website and let us know what you're looking for - if we feel the demand is there, we'll create a Template Set based on your input!
